The presentation was actually more akin to a stand-up comedienne than a “yogi” per say - Mandy’s style is light hearted, spontaneous and very accessible, her DVD is exactly the same.
Her next engagement is a FREE YOGALOSOPHY class at the Grove - Los Angeles. May 4th at 8.30am.
